Located in the heart of old town and just a few short blocks from the first tee at The Old Course, this flat offers comfort and convenience for exploring as well as easy access to the University.  Shops, restaurants and markets are just outside the front door.  Historical sites including the cathedral ruins, castle and museums are all within walking distance.  The building was constructed in 1771, relatively new by St. Andrews standards, where the University itself is 600 years old.  The 65 square meter dwelling has two bedrooms, one bath and a full kitchen and can accommodate 4 guests.  The lounge features a beautiful bay window, fireplace and comfortable seating for conversation and cuddling up on the couch with a great book.  Amenities include wireless internet service, flat-screen TV and stereo. The Kitchen contains all modern appliances and cookware. The flat was completely renovated in 2013.

Prices are quoted and paid in United States Dollars (USD). Tax and cleaning fees are included in our rates. A refundable security deposit is required. No smoking, candles or pets. Please note that we have a pull out sofa bed in the lounge for those guests who prefer not to share the double bed in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom can be set up as two single beds or a supper king.
